132 CPU board with metal case

The 132/532 replacement STREU modules and CPU IO card allow the rapid upgrade of a  Satchwell 132/532 controller, eliminating the need for costly, time consuming panel modifications, reducing the risks of downtime.

The STREU module connectors are an exact match for the Satchwell connectors, saving time and  cost while the CPU card is a highly robust IO system. No additional power supplies are needed as  the CPU card takes its power from the 24VAC supply for the TRIAC outputs.

All that is needed is to mount 2 pieces of DIN rail within the panel. The upgrade is made easier still  because the CPU card, in its housing, can be loose mounted in the bottom of the panel until the  new control system is fully commissioned and the 132 or 532 controller can be removed.

The CPU card employs Modbus communications, so can reside on any existing Modbus network,  and connect to your preferred master controller, via the Modbus port.

The existing cables and terminals can be employed for connection to the STREU Modules, with  each Module freely configured for AI & AO, or DI. The separate relay Module has on-board relays rated at 8 amps, and again can be wired using the existing connectors
