Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to use of tyrrellproducts.com and contracts between you and Tyrrell Products Limited. Customer terms that conflict apply only if we confirm them in writing.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its security, availability, or integrity.

Final product selections, including those made through automatically generated quotes, are made by the purchaser at their own risk. Returns of incorrectly purchased equipment are at the discretion of Tyrrell Products and, where accepted, may be subject to a restocking fee.

Product availability, pricing, and lead times may change. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order or dispatch goods, whichever occurs first.

Prices shown on the website are subject to manufacturer surcharges (for example for raw materials, components, energy, freight, or currency). If a manufacturer introduces or increases a surcharge after a price has been displayed, we may pass that surcharge on to you. The exception is prices in a quotation we have issued: they are locked for 30 days from the quotation date when you order within that time. We will tell you before we accept your order or, if the surcharge arises after acceptance, before dispatch, in which case you may cancel the affected items without charge.

Payment is due according to the terms shown at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed there, including card payment and purchase order terms for eligible business customers.

We ship in-stock items (“Available to be shipped”) within a maximum of 3 days. Deliveries for backorder items (“Backorder only”) can take from several days to several months, depending on the product. Regularly restocked items (“Restocking”), and units beyond what we currently hold, ship as soon as new stock arrives.

All website content (text, images, trademarks, software documentation) is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction or commercial use requires our prior written consent.

We provide products and services with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury).

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, strikes, supply shortages, or regulatory action).

For consumers resident in the EU or UK, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where required. Otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with courts of England and Wales having jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
