Niagara Web Sup = 1x Niagara Network Connection
EDGE10 = 1/10 Niagara Netwrok Connection
3rd Party Controlller Licensed < 150 Points = 1/10 Niagara Network Connection
3rd Party Controlller Licensed > 150 Points = 1x Niagara Network Connection
