The TP-C-710-IP fan coil controller from Titan Products is designed to provide complete control of fan coil units. With flexible 0-10V and 24V control options for fan, heating and cooling, the controller offers control for the below applications:

• 2-pipe heating systems
• 2-pipe cooling systems
• 2-pipe summer/winner changeover systems
• 4-pipe heat / cool systems

The TP-C-710-IP is fully commissioned via the Titan ToolBox commissioning PC software. This allows for extensive control configurations such as fan proving, condensate management, high/low limit protection, setback and more. The TP-C-710-IP can be used as a standalone controller or part of a BMS network due to its native BACnet/IP communications. The ability to daisy chain the IP controllers is made possible via the 2 x BACnet/IP port switch of the TP-C-710-IP.
